Return Policy
At Summer Solace Tallow, we take great pride in our handcrafted, perishable products and strive for your complete satisfaction. Due to the unique nature of our organic and seasonal ingredients, all sales are final and not eligible for returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt at hello@summersolacetallow.com with the following details:
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos of the item(s) in question (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and work to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and returns will only be considered in extenuating circumstances, at our discretion. A 20% fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Gift cards are non-refundable.
As skincare is personal, we encourage you to consult with us before purchasing to ensure the best product fit for your needs. Our products are multipurpose, suitable for the face, hands, body, feet, and hair.

Shipping Policy
At Summer Solace LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Here’s everything you need to know:
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 4-6 business days.
- We ship orders Tuesdays through Fridays.
- Orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays will be processed the following Tuesday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping and Delivery Times
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- A tracking confirmation will be sent when your order is ready to ship.
- Delivery times range from 4-10 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
Reliable Delivery with UPS
To ensure a more reliable delivery experience, we have partnered with UPS as our preferred shipping carrier. UPS provides dependable service at our standard shipping rate.
Additionally, we offer free shipping for orders over $175 within the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and Rural Areas, please email us for USPS Shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Summer Solace LLC is not responsible for its loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend taking these steps:
- Contact your local UPS office or shipping carrier.
- Speak with the driver or delivery person who made the delivery.
- Check with neighbors or nearby locations for any misdelivery.
- File a reimbursement claim with the carrier.
International Orders
For international orders, import taxes, customs fees, and duties may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Please note that these charges vary by country, and we cannot predict or estimate them in advance.
