All Summer Solace Tallow products are handcrafted in small batches using seasonal, organic ingredients. For this reason, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@summersolacetallow.com within 5 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review and may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Shipping is non-refundable

  • Returns are only accepted in rare, approved cases

  • Approved returns are subject to a 20% fee

  • Customers cover return shipping

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
