Yuzu and Sencha Tallow Soap: Earthy, Aromatic, and Refreshing
Our Green soap is made with French Green Clay, E3Live AFA algae, regenerative tallow®, japanese green tea, sea salt, A2/A2 regenerative dairy, and scented with bright Yuzu citrus essential oil from Japan.
Our Yuzu and Sencha tallow soap is Earthy and aromatic, inspired by the incredible depths of Japanese winters. It is a well-balanced blend comprised of high-quality Japanese sencha tea, locally sourced from small-batch tea company Asha Tea House, and a dash of yuzu lemon. This spicy citrus fruit reaches its peak around the December solstice.
This rich and hydrating tallow soap is hand-crafted from the rendered fat of Northern California pasture-raised cattle and blended with extra-virgin olive oil grown by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation for an incredibly pleasing and refreshing cleansing experience.
Use to cleanse, lightly exfoliate, and tone skin of all types. We feature powerfully absorbent French green clay, and nutrient-rich E3Live organic blue-green algae called Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA). This algae is harvested from the pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon, USA, which draws impurities out of the skin, helping to support and strengthen skin cells and increasing circulation.
Perfect for:
-
Daily Cleansing: Suitable for all skin types.
-
Exfoliation: Lightly exfoliates and tones the skin.
-
Hydration: Keeps your skin nourished and moisturized.

In 2014, inspired by the struggles my friends’ children faced with eczema and drawing on my background as a holistic nutrition chef, I had a vision. I realized I could create a premium skincare line using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
My goal was to revive the traditional use of nourishing, pasture-raised animal fats to help those suffering from dry skin and irritations.
Guided by my indigenous roots, I am deeply committed to sustainability and the connection between what we put on our skin and use in our homes.
The farmers’ market and the Slow Body Movement® became the foundation for my brand, built on principles of sustainability and local resources. Every ingredient has a story, and I source only from the highest quality, ethically responsible ranchers and farmers within California’s sustainable and regenerative agricultural community.
Discover the transformative power of sustainable, locally sourced skincare with my premium line, designed to nurture both your skin and the environment.

How to Store Tallow Balm:
Store your tallow balm in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Why We Don’t Whip Our Balms:
We avoid whipping our balms to prevent introducing air and bacteria, which can inflate volume and compromise quality. Whipping can also cause melting, leaving less product in the jar. Instead, we hand-pour our tallow to preserve its full benefits and maintain authenticity.
Adjusting Balm Texture:
To soften your balm, immerse the closed container in warm water until melted. Remove the lid and let it cool in the refrigerator. This ensures the balm remains soft and easy to spread. Tallow solidifies in cold and softens in warm conditions.
Storing Tallow Soap:
Use a raised soap dish to allow handcrafted soap to dry between uses, prolonging its life.
Shelf Life of Tallow Products:
Our tallow products have a long shelf life, best used within nine months. For maximum effectiveness, use within 8-12 weeks of opening.
Tallow for Facial Use and Children:
Tallow is safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin. Rich in essential vitamins, it helps with conditions like eczema and diaper rash, making it a healthier alternative to synthetic creams.
Product Disclaimer:
Consult a medical professional or allergist before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. Conduct patch tests to minimize the risk of adverse reactions. Your safety and satisfaction are our priorities.
Trimming Tallow Candle Wicks:
Our tallow-beeswax candles burn cleanly with Eco wicks. Trimming is optional but recommended for safety. Allow your candle to burn for about 4 hours for an even wax pool. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
